We work with regular controls throughout the year to identify the risks that may occur and to transform preventive activities into action plans to reach the targets determined at the end of the year.
According to the evaluation results, the performance of the employee during the year is determined. The realization of company targets and individual performance evaluation results are rewarded according to the performance of the employees.
