PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
The basis of our Performance Management System is that the employee and manager take responsibility for development and act jointly.In line with company strategies, targets are set for all employees in the company in order to develop the content and capacity of the targets.Our aim is not to stay in the same place both on behalf of the company and individually, and to move towards new goals together by contributing to the employee's future creation.
With regular controls throughout the year, efforts are made to identify the risks that may occur and to transform preventive activities into action plans to reach the targets determined at the end of the year.
According to the evaluation results, the performance of the employee during the year is determined. The realization of company targets and individual performance evaluation results are rewarded according to the performance of the employees.
